Members in attendance: Lori Bona, John Sedey, Susan Dougherty, Steve Skramstad, David Rand
Ex officio and others: Kari Mitchell
Note: All votes were unanimous unless otherwise stated.
1. Call to Order and Roll Call – Board chair Sedey called the meeting to order at 8:30 pm.
2. Director position: Motion by Dave Rand, second by Susan Dougherty, to extend an offer of employment as Director to Judith Hinck. Motion passed with Destiny Sparks abstaining. John Sedey will make the offer to Judith.
3. Meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
